SHA STIMULI WAKE UP AND GO T-SHIRT DESIGN CONTEST RULES

Artists Eligible: Open to all artists, professional, amateur and student.

Presentation: Designs must be 12” by 14” or smaller and submitted in a .jpg or .png file (design only, no placement on shirt image).  You may use any medium: from paints, photography, to colors. The design must be suitable for silk screening onto a white T-Shirt. The following information must be included on the design:

Sha Stimuli’s name

Wake Up and Go (song name)

Sha’s logo along with designer logo on back upper neck area

The following information must be included in the email with the design:

Artist’s name

Artist’s website

Artist’s phone number

Artist’s email

Artist’s company name (if applicable)

All artwork must be original. All other work will be disqualified.

Deadline for entries: Entries must be received by Friday, September 16, 2011 by 5 P.M.

Winner: Winner will be chosen by public voting and will receive award winning design placed on Sha Stimuli t-shirt along with credit on the back. The winning t-shirt will be sold and proceeds will be given to the “Too Big for My Skin” women and girls self-acceptance workshop campaign.

Retention of designs: The entries become the exclusive property of Sha Stimuli. Sha Stimuli has exclusive rights to the reproduction of winning entries and the submitting artists relinquish all rights to such design.

Sha Stimuli and Team Stimuli will not be responsible for submitted entries after September 16, 2011.

Publicity and Agreement: Entering this contest constitutes an agreement by the winning artist to relinquish all copyrights to the submitted work to the festival and to appear as requested for publicity purposes. Winning designs become the property of Sha Stimuli, which retains exclusive rights to its reproduction.

Liability: Sha Stimuli will take the utmost care and caution to maintain designs in their original condition. However, they will not accept liability or provide insurance coverage in the event of damage of loss of the submitted design.
